I hope all is fine.
I write this email to requisite some help about Phone IPECS LIP 8024D ,
We connected the phone to a cable network but it does not receive the ip address (with the same cable and another phone it s worked)
Check if the phone has been assigned a static IP or you can initialize phone to its default settings and test.
Yes, I agree! default handset by Trans/Pgm 78, passcode 147* then scroll down for the manu
